If you are in recovery from addiction, I will use my expertise to assess where you are in the recovery process and tailor therapy accordingly.

If you happen to be in early recovery, both chronologically and emotionally, you may need some specific types of support as you find your way to creating a healthier life that will foster and encourage your continued recovery. I will help you create that.

On the other hand, if you have years of recovery, your needs may be quite different. You may find that you are dissatisfied with your life and that the core reasons that you originally practiced your addiction are resurfacing. I will help you clarify what you want to experience in life, and I will help you define the values that will support those desires. In the areas of your life where your current actions are not in line with your long-term goals, I will guide you in becoming more integrated so that what you do is consistent with getting what you want and being who you want to be. I will provide you with tools that will help you live your life with integrity.
