Using conversational talk therapy with individuals and a very effective dialogue process with couples, I counsel those who want to feel better about themselves, their relationships, their work, their lives, or their future.

I work with a wide variety of issues that affect individuals, and in addition, I specialize in human relationships and how they are impacted by these issues.

In my 14 years as a therapist, I have worked with a diverse population, and clients range in age from early 20’s to some in their 70’s.

With warmth, compassion and skill, I help clients change so they can better make sense of themselves and create satisfying connections with others.
