With a strong background and certification in Harville Hendrix’s Imago Relationship Therapy as well as extensive training and experience in other couples therapy models, I am effective in helping couples move from conflict to creating safety and deep connection with each other.

My expertise is in guiding couples to find their way back to enjoying each other’s company, becoming more intimate, and finding the love they have always wanted. Focusing on creating safety in relationships and encouraging new ways to listen and hear each other is the groundwork. From there, anything is possible. Whether you are in conflict with your significant other or just want a deeper, more satisfying relationship, I can help coach you so that you can achieve your relationship hopes, dreams, and visions.

Imago Therapy for Individuals can help you better understand your contribution to the patterns that repeat themselves in your relationships. You can learn new relationship skills that will help you get your needs met more effectively and understand and be understood by your current or future partner.


The work will focus on:

  • discovering and evaluating the effectiveness of the coping strategies you use when things get difficult
  • changing the coping strategies that are getting in the way of the results you want
  • increasing your understanding of your needs and desires and those of your partner
  • learning to be direct and clear about what you want and need from a partner
  • creating specific behavior changes for yourself that will move you closer to being the partner you want to be

General psychotherapy for Individuals

In our complex world, it is not uncommon for people to seek professional help when faced with stressful issues or changes. However, therapy can also be beneficial when things are stable and going well. I believe that the use of therapy is a wise adjunct to the many resources available to each of us to insure our well-being. The experience of therapy can help you gain perspective and move forward consciously.

Drawing on my 13 years of experience in the field, I work with people in diverse life transitions as well as individuals dealing with stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I tailor my approach to fit each individual’s specific issues and goals.
